The Graves County Health Department confirmed 17 new COVID-19 cases from Tuesday through Thursday.

Six of the cases were announced on Tuesday, which included two women and one man in their 20s, a woman in her 40s, and a man and woman in their 60s. The Wednesday COVID-19 cases included a woman in her 20s, a man in his 50s, and one woman and man in their 70s.

The two 60-year-olds and two 70-year-olds were hospitalized.

Seven more cases were confirmed on Thursday but details were not immediately available.

Out of the 822 cases seen in the county since March, 745 have recovered. As of Thursday there have been 38 active cases and 34 confirmed deaths.
