On Dec. 31, Mayfield Police Department officers responded to a residence for a report of an active, domestic altercation. Jessica Hollan, 33, of Mayfield, was placed under arrest, and charged with Assault, Fourth Degree (Domestic Violence) Minor Injury. Hollan was turned over to the Graves County Jail for transport to McCracken County.

On Dec. 30, Mayfield Police Department officers arrested Dominique Redd, 38, of Mayfield, following a traffic stop involving his vehicle. Redd was placed under arrest, and charged with Failure to Dim Headlights, Disorderly Conduct, Second Degree, Failure of Owner To Maintain Required Insurance, First Offense, Possession Controlled Substance, First Degree,First Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession Controlled Substance, First Degree, First Offense (Drug Unspecified), Illegal Possession of Legend Drug, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Redd was turned over to the Graves County Jail for transport to Calloway County.

Also on Dec. 30, Mayfield Police Department officers arrested Johnny Story, 43, of Mayfield, and Talamy Price, 43, of Mayfield, following a traffic stop involving their vehicle. Price was placed under arrest, and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Second Degree and No Operator’s- License. Story was placed under arrest, and charged with Possession Controlled Substance, First Degree, First Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Public Intoxication- Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol), and Disorderly Conduct, Second Degree. Story was also arrested on an active warrant, and charged with Parole Violation. Both Price and Story were turned over to the Graves County Jail for transport. Price was transported to Calloway County, and Story was transported to Crittendon County.

Ethan DeLapp, 18, of Mayfield, was arrested by the Mayfield Police Department following a traffic stop. DeLapp was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Second Degree, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Substances (1C), First Degree, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance, First Degree, First Offense (Cocaine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Person 18-20 Possess/Purchase/Attempt to Purchase/Have Another Purchase Alcohol. DeLapp was lodged in the Fulton County Jail.

On Dec. 28, an officer of the Mayfield Police Department observed 55-year-old Toure Connor in the parking lot of Fountain Square. Connor was known to have an active arrest warrant out of Graves County. Connor was placed under arrest without incident, charged with the indictment warrant for Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon. Connor was lodged in the Calloway County Jail.

On Dec. 28, officers of the Mayfield Police Department responded to a residence on West Hale to a report of a domestic assault. Upon contact, evidence showed that JD Henley assaulted his wife. Henley was placed under arrest for Assault, Fourth Degree, Domestic Violence. Once officers placed Henley under arrest, it was learned that he had an active arrest warrant. Henley was additionally charged with Failure to Appear in Graves County District Court. Henley was lodged in Calloway County Jail.

Also on Dec. 28, officers of the Mayfield Police Department responded to Adams Circle for a disturbance. Contact was made with Jimmy Byasse, 41-years-old, laying in the front yard. Byasse was under the influence of alcohol, and was placed under arrest for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. Byasse was lodged in the Calloway County Jail.

On Jan. 1, Mayfield Police Department officers responded to the area S. Twelfth Street and West College to a report of someone cutting wire. Contact was made with Jason Kimbrough, , 42 of Sheffield, Alabama. Kimbrough was in possession of a truck load of copper wire that he had been cutting. Mayfield Electric & Water confirmed the wire was theirs, and took possession of the stolen property. Kimbrough was transported to the Graves County Jail RC Center, where he will be transported to another jail in one of the surrounding Western Kentucky counties. Kimbrough was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking, Over $1,000 but Under $10,000, Criminal Mischief 1st, and Operating on a Suspended Operator’s License.

Max Ulises Rosas Rodriguez, 26, of Mayfield, was arrested by the Mayfield Police Department for Disorderly Conduct, Second Degree after the truck in which he was a passenger was stopped. The driver, James P. Dannermueller, 39, of Benton, Missouri, was also arrested by the Mayfield Police Department for Disorderly Conduct, Second Degree.

On Jan. 2 officers of the Mayfield Police Department made a traffic stop on a vehicle after the driver failed to signal. Upon contact with the driver, it was learned that 41-year-old David Peter Poliandro had an active arrest warrant out of Florida for Violations of Conditions of Release. Poliandro was placed under arrest for the Kentucky charge of Fugitive From Another State. Poliandro was transported to the Graves County Restricted Custody Center, and custody was transferred to Graves County Jail. Poliandro will be lodged into a neighboring jail.
